Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on the physical products that we sell, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a full return, your item(s) must be in the same exact condition that you received it, in its original packaging with no pieces missing. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note the following items are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There are zero exceptions:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, returned, or issued a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours at info@browsbykatrina.com if your items were damaged in the mail. We will require you to send photos of the products as well as the package it came in. If you contact us more than 24 hours after your package was delivered, your request will not be honored. There are zero exceptions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
