CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Pre-paid deposit fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are zero exceptions. Your remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
  • We understand that life happens, but please be advised that we will only allow a maximum of 10 MINUTES of “running late” before marking you as a “no-show” & forfeiting both your appointment and your non-refundable deposit.
  • Should you decide to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will not receive your pre-paid non-refundable deposit back.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • ONE reschedule request is allowed without penalty for a booked appointment if and only if you submit your reschedule request through the online booking system more than 24 hours in advance. Additional reschedule requests for the same appointment WILL NOT BE HONORED & will result in penalty of both your appointment and your pre-paid non-refundable deposit being forfeited. You will need to book a new appointment and pay a new non-refundable deposit to get back on the calendar should you attempt to reschedule your booked appointment more than once.
  • To submit your penalty-free, one-time reschedule request, view your appointment details in your acceptance text and/or email & find the reschedule button to choose a new day and time.
  • Text messages or emails sent to Katrina verbalizing a reschedule request WILL NOT BE HONORED. All reschedule requests must be completed through the online booking system before the 24-hour cutoff time.
