WHY TRAIN WITH KATRINA?
Let's be real here: there is no shortage of PMU training available today.
Even so, the unfortunate reality is that many artists struggle to find clear and concise instruction that actually helps the technique make sense.
My teaching approach focuses on helping artists understand the "why" behind every decision - not just memorize a pattern.
Inside this training, you'll learn how machine, needle, pigment, skin, pressure, speed, stretch, and movement work in harmony to create to most realistic results long-term.
My goal is simple:
That you leave my class with understanding, NOT confusion.

"Thank you again for your kind words and all of the attention, effort, diligence, and patience. You execute with EXCELLENCE in everything you do and it shows in all of the details. I pray that God continues to bless you in all that you do! :) it was so great meeting you and I’m very pleased with my investment in your training course."

"Thank you SO much for everything. You are beyond an incredible teacher, but an amazing person and I cannot express my gratitude enough you are the absolute best. Love you!"
- Natalie P., California -
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"I took a course with another artist where I live that promised each student would work on a live model, and I felt like that was a lie because all 8 of us students worked on the same model! We all probably only got to tattoo one or two hairstrokes each until the instructor took over so I walked away feeling not confident at all! I should have taken your class from the start! Thank you for explaining everything in a way that makes things click for us newbies! And thank you for letting me work on my own model and only stepping in when I needed you to instead of taking over for me!"
- Tania L., Texas

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I'm Katrina Baligaya, an internationally recognized PMU artist, educator, and venus Medal recipient specializing in natural-looking tattooed eyebrows.
I've been specializing in permanent makeup (specifically in eyebrows) since 2017, and teaching aspiring and experienced PMU artists since 2019.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping students develop their PMU skills, refine their technique, and understand their tools, resulting in more well-rounded, confident artists around the globe.
My teaching style focuses on clarity, structure, and understanding. Rather than overwhelming students with information overload, I break down complex concepts into manageable pieces that help the technique finally come together.
Whether you're completely new to PMU or looking to elevate your existing hairstroke work, my goal is to provide the knowledge, support, and guidance necessary to help you continue growing as an artist.
